Case management is available as well as workshops, classes, referrals, activities for children, homework assistance, and much more. Their goal is to assist each family in becoming self-sufficient and transitioned into stable housing as quickly as possible.

ABCD’s Head Start and Early Head Start programs helps children and their families prepare for success in school and life by providing high-quality early education. Early Head Start programs are available before the child is born until they turn 3, parents may qualitify for pregnant women program, home visiting programs and part/full day program for children between the age of 2.9 and 5 yeas old. Year-round, extended-day programs enable parents to go to school or work. They offer comprehensive support for parents and children—including health services, nutrition and social services. Because Head Start knows that parents are the most important teachers; parents are deeply involved in the program. Parents are leaders in making policy and guiding programs, volunteering in the classroom and advocating for the needs of young children.

Healthy Families is a home-based family support and coaching program that supports young, first-time parents and helps them create stable, nurturing environments for their children. You must be pregnant or parenting a child under the age of one, be twenty three or under, and live in Massachusetts in order to be eligible for services.
